How to shrink a stamping image

Hi everyone!

I wanna share with you a post that I already shared on my instagram a while back. How to shrink a stamping image!
It's something that I've struggled with a lot😅

When I got a dual stamper a year ago, I discovered that one could actually shrink an image *mind blown* So I tried...and failed...and tried again...and I just couldn't get it right. So I gave up😇 But last month I tried again, and I did it!!! I actually DID IT!!! And that's why I decided to make a tutorial. So that you can see that it's actually easy, and don't give up like I did...



Here you can see the difference between the original size and the shrinked image. I really like this, especially with the plates that have faces, since the whole image will fit on the nail😍 This is the dual stamper that I use from Born Pretty Store.

Couple of tips from the video:
🔽When the white stamper is on the bottle carefully press down the edges
🔽To transfer the image from the clear to the white, you do this with a QUICK press. (Here's where I failed several times... as I took my time thinking that it would transfer better if I pressed it down a few seconds...it didn't)
🔽On the vid I made a decal, but you can also stamp it directly from the white to the nail. The image will be reversed though.

How to use a stamping guide + make your own decals

Hi, those of you who follow me on instagram have already seen this (except for the making decals part). But I wanted to share it here too😊 I bought these stamping guide/stencils from Born Pretty Store – you can find them here - I came over them by accident and had no idea that something like this existed, so I was amazed!!!
