My first haul at Loco
Hi, happy sunday! Today is father's day in Norway, and for the first time in five years I'm able to celebrate it at home with my dad. Since I'm no longer studying in another city.
Today I have for you 🥁 A HAUL from Loco!!! I came over this store on instagram, and honestly had no idea that they existed... I got interested because I saw they were selling "W7" polishes, which I really wanted to try. Therefore I went online to start spending money that I shouldn't. But then I discovered that they’ve opened up a store near where I live. So I just had to go and take a look. Thankfully I could see it miles away, the orange decoration brighten up the entire mall🤣
At the beginning it felt like I was in a normal grocery store, because there was shampoo, deodorant, but to lower prices. But then there were products that I had never seen before. I went in without a shopping basket, thinking that I would only get the polishes (let's take a minute of silence here), and as my hands were full with non-polishes I was thankful when I saw they had placed other baskets further ahead in the store, for non-self-control-people like me. As I was getting to the end I finally saw the little ones, which were actually bigger than expected, like OPI bottle big. And there I finally showed some self-control and only got 4! *Clap on the shoulder for me*
So here are the things that wanted to come home with me👼
I'll only present the nail-related things. But if you want to know something about the other items, please let me know. I think this store only exist in Norway, but it offers brands that you can find in other countries, like W7.
I got this because it was a non-acetone remover, and it contained coconut oil
I’ve actually tried this when I removed my Arabic tiles mani. And I’m positively surprised that it doesn’t have that strong smell, and it actually smells a little like coconut. It removed the polish really well. So I won’t go back to acetone remover since it’s really harsh to your skin. Also, another thing that I noticed, is that this one doesn't leave those little white spots that shows up in the picture, when I use the acetone to remove polishes around the edges.

I mean, I just had to buy this. It seemed really fun to try out. It says it will hydrate and nourish both nails and cuticles. And don’t we all need that? I don’t know if they’ll work though. Haven’t had time to test them yet. And since I've been good at using nail oil, I don't know if the effect will show. So I'll stop with the oil for a week and then I will test these out.

The formula also has calcium, vitamin e and uv protection. And it says it has teflon...is that a positive thing though? I went to the website to find more information, and it says that with the teflon-protection it creates a polymer-acrylic-top coat, that hardens the nail and gives a glossy shine. It will protect from chipping and loss of color. Though I never experienced loss of color🤔 I will try this and let you know if my nail falls out.

This is a cruelty-free product, so my cat approves! It comes with a file and a manicure stick. As I was doing the photoshoot my cat took possession of the wooden stick, and when I tried to take it away he put on this face...
This was my goal in my hunting around the store. I really wanted to try these, because I read they are cruelty-free, so they do not test on animals! I contained myself and only bought 4!
